Why Work With Me?

Meg Waldron

My 30+ years in running captures the full arc of experience from youth to post-collegiate, marathons, and coaching. If one of my clients is struggling with something, I've probably been through it. Clients have been able to launch powerful comebacks and campaigns with new ways to think and be in their sport. Whether you're young and overcoming nerves, or established and navigating a college transfer or first marathon, I've got experience and proven approaches to help you.

I have successfully worked with some of the top prep athletes in the country: Hoka Festival of Miles and New Balance Champs, Gatorade Athletes of the Year, Nationals Qualifiers and National Record Holders & State Champs. I also help athletes navigate the recruiting process to some of the top collegiate programs.

These athletes attend or will attend: VILLANOVA, UVA, DUKE, UNC, COLORADO, PRINCETON, GEORGETOWN, UPENN, PENN STATE, FURMAN, OLE MISS, DARTMOUTH, ELON & MORE.

“Meg gave me the courage to be different, and she also provided the tools necessary to experience my own courage on race.” Parker Stinson, Saucony, American 25k record-holder (1:13.48)

"Coach Meg helped me with different strategies to not only mentally prepare for training and competition, but also everyday life. One thing that I struggled with was self talk and keeping things simple in my races. Coach Meg helped me break down the race into 4 simple power words. With Coach Meg's method, I've run some PBs and qualified for USATF Nationals."

"Coach Meg helped me return from injury and manage my expectations. It has been incredibly helpful and reassuring to work with her on my mindset across multiple seasons and the transition to college.  Tatum David, 2023 Gatorade Illinois Girls Player of the Year, HS State Champion, and 4:32 miler, UVA.
