I've trained thousands of miles, hiked the highest mountain in Honduras, participated in sweat lodges, and have fasted in ceremony for days to restore my spirit. Whether I was training for the Olympic trials, nursing an injury, running the Olympic torch down the Pan American highway, or coaching and teaching in the US, I've always wanted to understand what is possible on this human journey for myself and others. Let's find a way.
