Hi, I'm Meg.

I'm glad you're here, and I'd like to support you.

I have my MS in Sport Psychology, 30 years coaching and competing, 20 years as a massage therapist/fitness trainer, 15 years as a teacher, and with additional studies in mindfulness.

I have successfully helped people break through mental barriers and reach their goals in:

  • Set NJ 3000m high school state record that stood for almost 30 years. 9:33

  • Winner 5th Avenue Mile Open Division when I was 17. 4:44

  • High school indoor mile of 4:47

  • I may still hold the 16 y.o. American record for 25k on the roads of 1:33.08

  • Recruited full scholarship to the top distance running program in the country

  • One of the top 10 NJ athletes of the 20th century

I've trained thousands of miles, hiked the highest mountain in Honduras, participated in sweat lodges, and have fasted in ceremony for days to restore my spirit. Whether I was training for the Olympic trials, nursing an injury, running the Olympic torch down the Pan American highway, or coaching and teaching in the US, I've always wanted to understand what is possible on this human journey for myself and others.   • Who benefits from Mental Performance Coaching?
    Athletes wanting to improve their performance but are frustrated by the mental game. Whether you are elite, injured, recreational, just starting out or in transition out of your sport, I've got you covered. I'm great with middle school, high school, collegiate, post-collegiate, and the mature athlete.
  • What happens in a session?
    We assess your goals and challenges, recent history in the sport, and discover what's missing in your mental game. You share what you truly want and need to be fulfilled in your sport (and your life). You apply customized tools to take your performance to the next level. You get better.
