Why Work With Me?

Meg Waldron

The athletes I work with launch powerful comebacks and breakthrough seasons by learning new ways to think, respond, and show up in their sport.

For young runners battling nerves, I teach simple, practical tools that free you up to enjoy competing again and perform at your best. Let's also dial in that recruiting process. It's not as scary as you think, and I've been there.

Collegiate runners face a different level of pressure. From navigating coach conversations and the transfer portal, to stepping into NIL opportunities, the demands are higher. That’s why we train your brain to meet the moment.

Post-collegiate runners need stability as they chase what’s next. I help you balance running and life, build an identity beyond sport, and move through unexpected challenges with purpose and confidence.

I have successfully worked with some of the top prep athletes in the country: Hoka Festival of Miles and New Balance Champs, Gatorade Athletes of the Year, Nationals Qualifiers and National Record Holders & State Champs. I've also worked with countless road runners/marathoners to get to the finish line less burdened.

“Meg gave me the courage to be different, and she also provided the tools necessary to experience my own courage on race.”

"Coach Meg helped me with different strategies to not only mentally prepare for training and competition, but also everyday life. One thing that I struggled with was self talk and keeping things simple in my races. Coach Meg helped me break down the race into 4 simple power words. With Coach Meg's method, I've run some PBs and qualified for USATF Nationals."

"Coach Meg helped me return from injury and manage my expectations. It has been incredibly helpful and reassuring to work with her on my mindset across multiple seasons and the transition to college.
