WHAT IT TAKES TO BE THE BEST

Marco Langon has been rapidly improving since his jr year of high school, and the only thing that can stop him on the track is a dive landing. This mile race took place at the new super-fast Ott Center Track at UPenn at the Penn 10 Elite meet on Jan 25. Marco, a young-in-age Jr. at Villanova, bested his previous PR with a 3:45.6, a victory over Murphy and Martin, and a nice landing.
